INMATE SPIRITUAL NEEDS
The inmate’s spiritual needs are met by the Creek County Ministerial Alliance and participation from local churches. Spiritual services are held within the facility 4-5 times a week, or upon written request.
INMATE LEGAL REQUEST
Each inmate has the ability to visit our day room area, which is fully stocked with the most up to date law books and legal documents. The inmates Attorney can visit 7 days a week, up until 6:00 p.m. Attorneys please wait until after 3:00 p.m. on weekends to allow for family visitation.
INMATE MEDICAL SERVICES
Creek County contracts their inmate medical services to Turn Key Health Clinics. Anytime an inmate visits medical an $8.00 co-pay will be assessed to the inmates trust account, if the inmate is indigent this cost will be added to the jail cost.
Any medications will be the actual cost of the medication and again will be deducted from the inmates account or added to the jail costs if indigent. Any Department of Corrections inmate who has a Judgment and Sentence on file with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections will not be billed by the County and will be seen by the Department of Corrections medical staff.
Any financial cost of any preexisting medical condition will be the responsibility of the inmate. Outside medications may be brought to the medical department Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. These medications must be a valid and current prescription, in its original packaging. When bringing these types of medications, please contact the medical department by calling 918-216-1721 and one of the medical staff members will meet you in the front lobby.
The inmates mental health issues are addressed by our medical department, and in some cases Creek County Mental Health Organization (CREOKS) will be contacted.
