The Creek County Sheriff's Office carries out the Sheriff's statutory responsibility for the service of process and execution of writs. These judicial process documents originate from the courts, governmental agencies, and private attorneys in the State of Oklahoma and throughout the United States.
Civil ProcessApplicants must bring their completed application and payment to the Sheriff's Office, between the hours of 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
CCW PermitsFingerprinting services are for in-county residents for employment, SDA, or background checks. Fingerprint hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
FingerprintingThe Creek County Sheriff's Office maintains a Livestock Registry to aid the Sheriff's Office with locating owners of lost, missing, or found livestock. Without livestock owner information, it is sometimes impossible to locate an owner of an astray that has found their way onto our roadways.
Livestock RegistryThe records division maintains all office records. They are responsible for open records requests. Open record request should be submitted to the Records Division for processing.
Records RequestsThe Safety Camera Program allows residents and business owners to register locations and capabilities of their security camera systems with the Creek County Sheriff's Office. When a crime occurs, the Creek County Sheriff's Office may contact the owner of the security camera system and request their permission to collect possible video evidence to assist us in following up on investigative leads.
Safety Camera ProgramOfficials with the Creek County Sheriff's Office are legally mandated to sell foreclosed properties as set forth in state statute. The property lists are updated on an as-needed basis as sales are received at the sheriff's office.
